  1. Do I have to register on SignNTalk?
    Answer: Yes, you have to register for using the SignNTalk service.
  2. What do I have to pay?
    Answer: The user has to pay according to the package which he has chosen. A user can buy a monthly package whereby they will have access to the minutes as per the package.
  3. I can't see an interpreter online.
    Answer: SignNTalk interpreters currently operate between 10 am to 5 pm IST from Monday to Friday. If you are within the time, and still can't see the interpreters, check whether username and password is correct. You can also get a new password, in case you have forgotten your password. In case of any other problems, you can contact us.
  4. What are the timings of the service?
    Answer: Initially SignNTalk will operate between 10 am to 5 pm IST from Monday to Friday. We are initially launching the website with a trial run, and after a month will start the paid User package.
  5. Can I book an interpreter for my meeting?
    Answer: Sure, you can book a meeting for a pre-scheduled meeting with SignNTalk interpreter. We shall make a note in our calendar and be available. Note the pre-scheduled call service is available only if you have bought the user package or corporate solutions. This service is not available for trail run.
  6. What do I need in order to use SignNTalk?
    Answer: To use SignNTalk, you require computer with internet connectivity and a camera in order to communicate with the SignNTalk interpreter. In case you have any problems, you can visit our Help page for more details.
  7. I have connected to the interpreter but can't see the videos
    Answer: Check whether your camera is switched on and connected to your system. To see the video check whether you have Java Runtime Environment installed in your system. Alternatively, you can download Java Runtime Environment.

  1. How can I provide my employee access to SignNTalk?
    Answer: You can buy our corporate solution package to enable your employee use SignNTalk.
  2. Can an employee book an interpreter for my meeting?
    Answer: Your employee can book a meeting for a pre-scheduled meeting with SignNTalk interpreter. We shall make a note in our calendar and be available.
  3. My employee can't login to the site.
